1. About The Healthcare Mask Shop

The Healthcare Mask Shop is an Australian online store based in Hastings, Victoria. The business is owned and operated by Matt Gaylard and operates alongside eFillShip, an Australian eCommerce fulfilment business.

Our website is available at healthcaremaskshop.com.au.

If you need to contact us about an order, product or these Terms & Conditions, please use our Contact Us page.

2. Products and product information

We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizing information and other relevant information.

Product packaging, appearance or specifications may occasionally change without notice where a manufacturer updates a product. Images are provided as a guide and colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Where manufacturer information, certification information or technical specifications are provided, customers should review those details before purchase to determine whether a product is suitable for their intended use.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order at the stated price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items.

4. Prices and GST

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where GST applies.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before you place your order.

We may change product prices from time to time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

5. Payment

Payment methods available through the website may include payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, along with any other payment methods we make available from time to time.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies and security procedures when processing a transaction.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs and available shipping options are calculated during checkout based on factors such as the destination, selected delivery service, parcel weight and parcel dimensions.

Orders are generally dispatched from Hastings, Victoria using Australia Post or another courier or delivery provider where appropriate.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other network disruptions.

Once tracking information is available, it may be provided through your customer account, a carrier tracking link or other shipment notification.

7. Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

Additional delivery costs may apply where an order needs to be redirected, re-sent or otherwise reprocessed because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied by the customer, except where the problem was caused by us.

8. Consumer guarantees

Our products come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products supplied to consumers must, among other things, be of acceptable quality, match their description and be reasonably fit for any purpose made known to the supplier where the law requires.

If a product does not comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit those rights.

9. Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request reasonable information, photographs or other details to help assess the issue.

Any voluntary change-of-mind return policy we may offer operates in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of masks, respirators and other hygiene-related products, change-of-mind returns may be restricted where packaging has been opened, seals have been broken or the product cannot reasonably be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

10. Product suitability and respiratory protection

Customers are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for their individual needs, workplace requirements and intended use.

Information provided on this website is general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical, occupational health, workplace safety or respiratory protection advice.

Where respiratory protection is required for a workplace, hazardous environment or regulated activity, customers should ensure they comply with applicable workplace procedures, fit-testing requirements, manufacturer instructions and relevant standards.
